A lot of debate has been going on about the strategies necessary in order to achieve substantial change in the so-called “Western Balkans”. Despite of that, many challenges have not been met so far. Thus we want to put a question mark behind the currently dominating development strategies, and the recipes how to achieve “change.” We invite you to join us for our workshop “poverty in the Balkans”, during which we want to question together what usually is taken for granted.
