Together with our partner aidglobal from Cascais (Portugal), Citizens of Europe organises the event “Training for Europe: Activacting Youth” on 30 November – 6 December 2008 in Lisbon. The major aim of the activity is to further train multipliers from all partner organisations withing the network ACTIVacting.eu– youth workers that work closely with young people – on how to use NFE to address issues related to European citizenship and to develop youngsters’ creativity in order to empower their civic awareness. The target group includes educational workers from NGOs with experience in developing workshops as well as youth workers willing to develop non-formal learning activities that foster the empowerment of civic attitude awareness as well as civic participation among youngsters. This event is the 6th of our trainings realised since the establishment of the t4e-project in November 2006.
