The transnational Youth Initiative “Wir für uns in Europa” has been successfully completed by 16 participants from Germany and Bulgaria, with and without disabilities. They shaped voluntary this EU project in order to bring awareness about the issue of social inclusion and EU Citizenship. They experienced social inclusion in actual situations where the participants brought and shared their own aptitude.In addition, they established the first interactive online platform for development and presentation of social projects : http://weurope.mixxt.eu/
A documentation’s DVD is now available. Its content shall promote understanding and surmounting social problems. It is a thank you to all who have supported the project. The DVD is available to project partners and anyone interested. The results can also be viewed online at http://europajugend.wordpress.com./ The project will be introduced to an international public at the „Citizens Convention of Landau“ that will take place from the 5th to the 8th of May.
