Gert Röhrborn was member of the board of Citizens of Europe from March 2007 until March 2009. Since April 2009 he has been managing our office. During this year’s Christmas party, Frank Burgdörfer thanked Gert for all the energy and dedication he put into the work of building up Citizens of Europe.{C} Jürgen Tobisch and Tobias Kunow handed over presents, among them a deer head (reminding of Gert’s strongheaded and decisive attitude as well as playing with one of his nicknames). Gert Röhrborn now works for Schuman Foundation in Warsaw. In January 2011, Francesca La Vigna will take over his position at the office of Citizens of Europe.
